The hotel features beautiful decorations, and the room was impeccably clean. I absolutely loved the breakfast; it offered a great variety and was served early at 6:45 am. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. the location is fantastic, close to a shopping mall, vibrant nightlife, and beautiful beaches. I stumbled upon a lovely spot, Giraffe Stop, which was just a short walk from the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We stayed for three nights during our honeymoon. It was our first time to visit Sardinia and the staff were extremely helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do (Veronica and Kathya). Also they helped us rent a car, which is a must in Sardinia. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fine, the pool view was very nice and the location is very close to several great beaches (liscia Ruia and Capriccioli) as well as to porto cervo and baja sardinia. It is more than a four star hotel.

Very nice environment with the rooms around the pool. We were lucky enough to be given a room with direct access from the room to the pool: almost all the rooms on the ground floor have it, and it is a comfort. It's worth booking a slightly superior room, because the most basic rooms have only one window to the pool and are a bit overwhelming. Our bathroom was very spacious, with a window, a bidet and a very comfortable shower. Extremely friendly staff, both at the reception and in the cafeteria, especially Kathia. We can only mention as an exception one of the girls who ran the breakfast buffet, who was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional one of the days. Easy access and convenient, free parking. They have several parking areas around the hotel. Furthermore, a few meters away there are several supermarkets that can be reached on foot, as well as relatively nearby restaurants as well. Some of the best beaches in the area are only a few kilometers away, and Porto Cervo is not too far away.
They urgently need to renew the mattresses of the beds, because ours was very sunken and our back hurt more than one night. If you choose to have dinner at the hotel, offer is too limited: very little variety to choose from. It is not really in a core of interest: you have to use the car to visit any place, although it is not a problem because you can park it whenever you want, a vehicle is essential. breakfast buffet is very basic. We have been surprised by the fact that if you want to have hot dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon... you have to pay them separately and at a quite high price (5 euros). We've had a lot of hotels behind us and it's the first time we've come across something like this. Not only is it a mistake that they don't offer that kind of dishes at the buffet, they also pretend to make business out of that lack. As a negative point, one of the days we had to have an early breakfast to go on an excursion, something that should be quite routine in the area, instead of offering us a picnic breakfast as is done in other hotels, they invited us to arrive earlier at the buffet itself and take what we had set up, even if it was before 8:00, opening time. Well, we arrived a little earlier and cafeteria employee was rude and repeated at least three times, in a bad way, that it was not yet 7:30 and that she had been told 7:30. It's an unnecessary attitude when we weren't demanding anything from her. Still, overall balance is positive and we would repeat.

I measure service primarily by how staff react when something goes wrong. During our holiday something did - a lock failed on our door, locking us out of our room. The staff responded with urgency, keeping us informed of progress whilst a locksmith was found on a Sunday. They were apologetic, but most importantly they solved the problem with a minimum of fuss - Monti di Mola gets 5 stars from us for this. More generally we'd seen this hotel referred to as a 'gem' - the description is spot on. Accomodation and service standards are high and the hotel is ideally situated for beaches and retaurants, whilst still being tucked away so that it retains a 'remote' feel. We'd definately visit again.
